To bring our History unit to life, we took part in an immersive Mayan workshop where we explored who the Maya were and investigated the mystery surrounding the sudden decline of their civilisation. We had the opportunity to dress up and step into the roles of different members of Mayan society, helping us to understand their culture, daily life, and traditions in a hands‑on, memorable way.
