On Saturday 4th May, 36 children from KS2 visited Wembley Stadium to watch Manchester City take on West Ham United in the Women's FA Cup Final. After a goalless first half, the children were keen to see the ball hit the back of a net and the second half did not disappoint! Goals from Walsh, Stanway and Hemp secured Manchester City's 3-0 victory and the trophy. A visit to the Wembley Club shop finished the day perfectly!
A great big thank you to all adults who supported Mr Collins and Miss Stratton on the trip and to all the children who were, as always, a pleasure to spend the day with!
