Year 5 had the most amazing day at Charmouth, exploring the Jurassic Coast. They were excellent fossil hunters with the children bringing home the most beautiful examples of ammonites and belemnites. The long coach journey was definitely worth it with many children wanting to stay longer or even return with their families. They were able to show off their knowledge of fossils during our session with the team from The Heritage Centre.
