Story of the Day
As part of our Geography and Science unit, Year 4 visited RHS Wisley Garden Centre to help bring their learning to life. During our visit, the children got to explore The Glasshouse at Wisley, which helped them to understand about the different biomes in the world and the types of plants we can find there. To link with our Science unit, 'Living Things', we identified insects from different habitats, including those we can find in the garden and in a pond. Year 4 had a fantastic day learning all about the different species of plants and wildlife around the world.
