Healthy Eating Week

This week is Healthy Eating week at Tower Hill and the children are aiming to complete five daily challenges:


MONDAY - Eat Breakfast

TUESDAY - Eat your 'Five a Day'

WEDNESDAY - Drink plenty of water

THURSDAY - Get Active

FRIDAY - Try something new!


These challenges can be done in any order, in fact we hope that children will be inspired to do all five, every day!
