In Art we have been learning about using different grades of pencils, from HB to 6B, to create different shades. We studied how use of dark and light creates depth in a drawing to give a 3D effect, and we also looked at proportion. We then brought all these skills together to copy an image of a Roman statue in preparation for our History topic starting!
