Story of the Day
Skylon loved their trip to Wisley in the second week. We spent the morning looking at invertebrates in soil and water (and also found a sneaky frog and newt!) which links to our Science topic on Living Things. In the afternoon, we went into the glasshouse to explore plants from different biomes across the world, linking to our Geography topic on The World.
All the learning aside, all the children agreed that the best part of the day was rolling down a hill surrounded by a stunning selection of native plants.
