We visited Charmouth Heritage Centre to hunt for fossils as part of our Geography learning. We had a brilliant day searching for belemnites, ammonites, crinoids and coprolite. We even found some beautiful sea glass, made up of lots of different colours.
After our fossil hunting, we went into the Heritage Centre and saw huge ammonites on display. We looked at the ichthyosaurus which Mary Anning discovered when she was just 12 years old.
