On Saturday 13th May, 12 children from Years 5 & 6 went with Mr Collins, Miss Stratton and Miss Dinsdale to London to see the Women's FA Cup Final at Wembley Stadium. They got on the train to Waterloo station where they enjoyed a McDonalds lunch before getting on the Jubilee Line tube train to Wembley Park. At Wembley they had a look around the shop and bought some souvenirs before taking their seats ready for the match. It was very exciting watching the teams lead out onto the famous pitch. The children loved cheering them on and watching Manchester City Women beat Birmingham City Ladies 4-1. A great day was had by all!
