Mr Men and Little Miss Half Marathon Challenge
This week all of the children in school have been participating in our sponsored event in order to raise money for Children with Cancer UK. Today, Friday 9th February, was the final day and the children dressed up as their favourite Mr Men or Little Miss character to run.
Across the week, everybody ran 1 mile everyday except Year 5 and Year 6 who actually ran 2 miles everyday. Children with Cancer UK is a cause very close to our hearts and we are extremely proud to have raised over £3300 so far with sponsorship money from the children still coming in.
We will let you know when we have our grand total which will be after the final day for sponsorship collection which is 23rd February 2018.
